By accessing or using Apollyx's services, website, or any applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Services shall be subject to these Terms.

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our Services • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code • Collect information about others without their consent • Impersonate any person or entity • Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing offending content and terminating accounts.

To protect platform stability and ensure a fair experience for all users, Apollyx enforces system usage limits and anti-abuse protections.

Current plan-based limits include:

• AI credits (monthly): Free 150, Starter 1,200, Pro 3,500 (with optional one-time top-up packs) • Submissions (monthly): Free 100, Starter 2,000, Pro 10,000 • Storage (account total): Free 250 MB, Starter 10 GB, Pro 50 GB • Custom domains: Free 0, Starter 1, Pro 5

These limits may be enforced by rejecting requests that exceed quota, temporarily throttling usage, or applying other protective controls.

Examples of prohibited activity include, but are not limited to: automated or bot-driven spam submissions, phishing, scraping or abusive programmatic traffic, attempts to bypass quotas or security controls, and any activity that places disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access to any page or account exhibiting abusive, abnormal, or illegal usage patterns that threaten platform stability, security, or other users.

If you believe a limit was reached in error, contact support@apollyx.com. We reserve the right to adjust limits and enforcement mechanisms over time to maintain service quality.

The Services and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Apollyx or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

Our Content: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission. You also may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Pricing: All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

Free Plan ($0): Unlimited published pages with an Apollyx badge, 150 AI credits/month, and 100 responses/month.

Starter Plan ($9.99/month): 1,200 AI credits/month, 2,000 responses/month, 10 GB storage, and 1 custom domain.

Pro Plan ($29.99/month): 3,500 AI credits/month, 10,000 responses/month, 50 GB storage, 5 custom domains, and no Apollyx badge.

Top-Ups: One-time AI credit top-up packs may be purchased when needed.

Usage Notifications: We may send usage notification emails when your account approaches monthly limits.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first subscription. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Unpublishing a page reduces future billing but does not issue a partial refund for the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access and features continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms • Request by law enforcement or government agencies • Extended periods of inactivity • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@apollyx.com.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Accuracy or reliability of any content

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that any errors will be corrected or that the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. No advice or information obtained from us shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or computer damage • Cost of substitute goods or services • Any damages arising from your use of the Services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
